RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from FootJoy, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all original labels and garment tags attached, returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Only items purchased on Footjoy.com.sg or authorized platforms with valid order information will be accepted for returns.

Instructions

  1. Product must be unused, with original tags still attached.
  2. Begin collecting all your order information, you will need your order number to book in your return.
  3. Fill in all the required details in the return form and submit via the “Start a return” Button Above.
  4. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  5. Our Courier partner will visit you to collect / you may drop the parcel at the designated return location/locker/etc.
  6. Please allow 15 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
  7. We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. All risks in shipping the item to us shall be borne by you. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item which is being returned to us.
  8. We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the item before accepting any returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the Singapore in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. If you do not use the shipping label provided, then mail the package to the address below via a means that is more accessible to you. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that FootJoy is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 15 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.

Customized Products

MyJoys are made just for you. All sales of custom products are final, customized products may not be returned.
